Location: London, W5 | Salary: £45-54K + generous benefits package.

Working for a major residential property management and development organisation, you will lead the continuing development and implementation of Health and Safety arrangements to achieve business objectives and ensure legal compliance, whilst operating within the framework of health and safety management systems. You will also provide ongoing independent monitoring and review of the implementation of Health and Safety risk control strategies. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading in the development and promotion of a positive health and safety culture
  • Build effective partnerships to implement consistently high Health and Safety standards
  • Develop and deliver training programmes on Health, Safety and Wellbeing matters
  • Work with the Head of H&S to ensure effective oversight and leadership of H&S
  • Provide practical and pragmatic advice to colleagues on Health and Safety issues
  • Support the development, improvement and implementation of Health and Safety policies
  • Monitor and report on Health and Safety performance across the organisation

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Good understanding of H&S challenges faced by the housing sector
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

To be considered for this role, you must hold:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
  • GradIOSH or CMIOSH status
  • Property management background
