Working remotely for a specialist consultancy business, you will be responsible for working with client organisations to implement, maintain and audit ISO Management Systems for Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Management.   • Implementing quality, health and safety, environmental and integrated management systems and other improvement initiatives with new and existing clients
  • Undertaking client needs analysis / diagnostic projects which review existing systems with regard to developing / updating / integrating them with new / additional requirements / initiatives.
  • Managing all aspects of the implementation process around the specific needs of the client: coaching, documentation (policies, procedures, hazard analysis, risk assessments etc), training, audit training, introducing continuous improvement processes & management meetings, selection of certification agency etc.
  • Understanding and implementing continual improvement tools and techniques in accordance with the principles of Deming/Business Excellence
  • To grow current clients by identifying legitimate opportunities to sell existing expertise
  • Developing and delivering training courses where appropriate
