Our client, are a not-for-profit organisation, based Gloucestershire who are an independent and authoritative source of information relating to all aspects of fire safety, risk management and loss prevention. They are looking for a full-time Project manager join a small but busy team at this significant time for fire safety in the UK.  You will oversee and project manage high level and complex projects for our client both in-house and externally, with a primary focus on client relationships, liaison and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

In order to be considered for this role, you must hold the following Qualifications, Memberships and Experience:

  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
