QHSE Business Partner Job in Jobs in London For Health and Safety Professionals

Location: Croydon | Salary: £40-48K + £5,100 car allowance

Established soft services and cleaning business have an opportunity for a QHSE Business Partner to join their team based in Croydon, overseeing Health & Safety of operations across social housing and corporate client sites in the London region. You will be responsible for providing day to day QHSE advice, support and guidance and contributing to the long-term development of the QHSE function during this period of development and growth.

Management of ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001
Carrying out regular site inspections
Undertaking risk reviews on site
Carrying out activity and COSHH risk assessments
Leading in-house training
Investigating and recording incidents and accidents

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. This is a multi-site role with regular travel across the London region, so requires excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to meet the needs of this fast-paced business.

Essential qualifications and experience

Previous QHSE experience, ideally within the FM industry
NEBOSH Certificate (minimum) NEBOSH / NCRQ Diploma / NVQ 5 or Degree preferred
GradIOSH / CMIOSH status (or working towards)
Good understanding of working within a fast paced, high turnover low margin organisation
Computer literate with demonstrable ability in all Microsoft packages and databases.
