We are looking for a Compliance Assistant to join a social housing provider in Kidderminster, providing clerical and administrative assistance to ensure compliance with safety regulations in gas, electrical, and lift systems. Working as part of a busy, dedicated team, you will be helping to ensure buildings compliance across 6,000 properties.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining compliance programs and monitoring remedial works.
  • Maintaining records and processing data
  • Managing compliance documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Serving as a point of contact for inquiries and providing technical support.
  • Documenting compliance activities in the asset management system.
  • Helping to develop corporate compliance reports and maintaining compliance resources.
  • Performing clerical tasks and taking meeting minutes.
