An established and high-profile property organisation is looking for an experienced Fire Safety Manager to provide specialist leadership and technical expertise across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, retail and mixed-use properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fire safety professional to take a senior role in managing fire risk, compliance and assurance across a complex estate.
You will act as a subject matter expert, providing practical advice to Responsible Persons, Building Managers, Operations, Property and Project teams. Key responsibilities will include overseeing Fire Risk Assessments, managing remedial actions, auditing fire safety arrangements, reviewing fire strategies and providing assurance around passive and active fire protection systems.
You will also engage with the London Fire Brigade and other regulators, manage specialist consultants and contractors, support fire investigations and contribute to the continual improvement of the organisation’s fire safety management system.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Level 4+ recognised fire safety qualification or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in a dedicated fire safety/fire risk role
- Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation
- Extensive FRA experience and technical assurance capability
- Experience working across complex property environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
