Location: Home based Leeds / Manchester with travel | Salary: £40-44K + benefits

A leading Facilities Management contractor have an opportunity for a Regional Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. The company has a prestigious national FM contract to deliver hard and soft services across a large, multi-site client property portfolio. You will be responsible for providing professional Health & Safety advice, support and guidance to a range of stakeholders, ensuring high standards are maintained across the contract.

This role is home-based with travel across the north of England and Scotland, so the ideal candidate will live around the Leeds / Manchester area and be willing to travel. Travel policy is flexible with the option to claim mileage costs, use a pool car or book train or air travel via the company’s in-house travel team.

We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor with a background in the built environment with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with a remote team spread across the country.

  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent – minimum
  • TechIOSH status
  • FM / property management background
  • Excellent communication skills
