Location: Home-based / South or Midlands | Salary: £30-37K + benefits

Great opportunity to join a global consulting and engineering firm, supporting the water, environment, sustainable infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. This role supports the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Business Partner in delivering health and safety services, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Accident analysis
  • Policy development
  • Incident investigations
  • Reporting
  • Collaboration across business units

This role can be home based or hybrid with occasional travel to client sites and offices to attend meetings, so a driving licence is essential.

Key requirements

  • Experience in a Health & Safety Officer / Coordinator / Advisor role
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
  • TechIOSH status or equivalent
  • Commitment to professional development
  • IT literate with good administration skills
  • Good communication skills

This role is initially focused on providing support to senior team members, with the opportunity for career development and progression within a large, globally recognised firm.
