Verbal offer

If you are successful our client will give us basic offer details over the phone. We will then contact you to discuss the verbal offer which will include an outline of the salary and package they intend to offer. If you are happy to accept the offer, arrangements will be made for an offer letter and contract to be sent to you. You should not resign from your current position until you have received the formal offer and checked that you are happy with the details.

Formal offer

Usually you will receive your formal offer via email and post. If you have any questions, you should first give us a call rather than contacting the employer directly. When you are satisfied with your offer, you should return the contract directly to the employer, resign from your current role and make any other arrangements to ensure that you are ready to start work on the agreed date.
